This is not a program. There is no schedule of transformation, no mandatory circles, no morning rituals you did not ask for.
It is six days at a Quinta in northern Portugal with good food, your own room, and enough space to finally hear yourself think.
We keep it small — five guests — because that is the number where real conversation happens. You will eat well. You will sleep. You will sit at a long table with women who understand exactly what you mean without having to explain yourself. You will leave having rested in a way that a holiday never quite manages.

You are good at your life. You are competent, capable, and have spent years making things look effortless for everyone around you. You are not broken and you do not need fixing. You just need five days where nobody needs anything from you.
What to expect
Six days and five nights at the Quinta in Caminha, northern Portugal. All meals included — seasonal, Portuguese-inspired, cooked by your host Nadine, a trained chef and registered dietitian. Wine. Long dinners. Good conversation. Time that is genuinely yours.

The Quinta sits above the River Minho in Caminha, one of the most quietly beautiful corners of northern Portugal. Stone walls, old trees, a long table that has fed more people than we can count.
It is the kind of place that does the work before you even unpack. Something about the light, the stillness, the fact that nothing here is asking anything of you.
This is where we host a small group of women every season — to eat well, sleep properly, and remember what it feels like to be somewhere that is entirely, unhurriedly yours.
The Local Area
Caminha is a beautiful historical village in the North of Portugal. It is located right at the mouth of the River Minho, in a place blessed by nature, on the border with Spain, and has a fantastic view of Santa Tecla.
The village is home to several great restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it an ideal location to explore.
Enjoy a wander around the historical centre, where you can see the remains of the original walls, or head to the Foz do Minho beach, where you’ll find crystal clear waters and white sand beaches.
Due to its unique location, Caminha offers a variety of activities and experiences, including stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, bicycle rentals, rowing, wine tasting, spas, birdwatching, yoga, and hiking.
